Parents are expected to play their part by being punctual and willing to participate in the education process by attending Parent Teacher Meetings regularly and by ensuring their children prepare their lessons and home work daily.

Private tuitions are strongly discouraged. Politeness, courtesy and helpful conduct should be inculcated in the child along with cleanliness of dress and person. Parents and their helpers are requested not to enter the class room during the class hours. Any direct contacts with teachers should be conducted through the principals or with the permission of senior management of the school.

Parents are requested not to send for, or call away their children during the class hours except in case of unforeseen emergency. Reports and recommendations from the teachers and the principal should be signed and acknowledged by the parents.

Woolen blazers, cardigans, pullovers, Tiffin boxes, bags, ties, belts, and other personal belongings must bear the name of the owner. The school will not responsible if they are lost. Parents and visitors may see the principal between 8:30 to 9: 30 a. m. and 3:00 to 3: 30 p.m. Prior appointment is recommended.

Teachers may be met after school time seeking appointment through the principal. Parents should be particular, that their wards take all examinations and tests (unless the pupil is sick for which a medical certificate should be given promptly). One month written notice in the office is required for withdrawal from the school and to discontinue transport facility.
