1. Parental Cooperation and Academic Support
Parents are expected to play an active role in their child’s education by ensuring punctuality, regular attendance, and daily preparation of lessons and homework. Attendance at Parent–Teacher Meetings is essential for tracking academic progress and supporting consistent learning outcomes.
2. Learning Discipline and Classroom Etiquette
Private tuitions are discouraged, as classroom teaching is designed to meet academic requirements. Parents should help inculcate values of politeness, courtesy, and respectful behaviour in children. Cleanliness of uniform and personal appearance is mandatory. Parents and helpers are requested not to enter classrooms during school hours.
4. Student Belongings and School Property
All personal belongings such as blazers, cardigans, bags, tiffin boxes, belts, and ties must be clearly labelled with the student’s name. While reasonable care is taken, the school cannot be held responsible for lost items. Parents and visitors may meet the principal between
8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., preferably with prior appointment.
5. Meetings, Assessments, and Withdrawals
Teachers may be met after school time seeking appointment through the principal. Parents should be particular, that their wards take all examinations and tests
(unless the pupil is sick for which a medical certificate should be given promptly).
One month written notice in the office is required for withdrawal from the school and to discontinue transport facility.Parents may meet teachers after school hours with prior permission through the principal. Students are expected to appear for all examinations and assessments unless medically unfit, in which case a valid medical certificate must be submitted promptly.
