Parents are expected to play their part by enforcing regularity, punctuality and discipline , by attending parent Teacher Meetings regularly and by ensuring their children prepare lessons daily . Tuition are strongly discourage Politeness and courtesy of speech and conduct should be inculcated in the child along with cleanliness of dress and person. Parents and their servants are requested no to enter the class room during the class hours, all contacts with teachers should be conducted through the principals.

Parents are requested not to send for, or call away their children during the class hours except in case of unforeseen emergency. Reports and recommendation form the teachers and the principal should be signed by the parents . Failure to do so may put the child to great inconvenience.

Woolen blazers , cardigans, pullovers , tiff in boxes, bags . Ties, belts, and other belongings must bear the name of the owner . The school will not responsible if they are lost. Parents and visitors may see the principal between 8:30 to 9: 30 a. m. and 3:00 to 3: 30 p.m. Every day in the office. Prior appointments is recommended.

Teachers may be met after school time seeking appointment through the principal. Parents should be particular, that their ward take all examination and test (unless the pupil is sick for which a medical certificate should be given promptly) Withdrawal from school and to discontinue transport facility one month written notice in the office is required.
