Lawrance Public Senior Secondary School. established in 1984 is being run by a registered, Arya Vrath Education Society. The objective of the society is to render service to the community by running good educational Institutes. The school is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education ( CBSE CODE No.20195 ). The course of study is so arranged as to enable the students to ultimately take the 12th class examination conducted by the CBSE.
Lawrance Public Senior Secondary School proudly hosted the celebration of International Youth Day, organized by Hartek Foundation in collaboration with the Community Affairs Division of Punjab Police.
As part of the celebrations, a painting competition was conducted for students of Classes 8 and 9 on the theme “Innovation with Imagination – From Dreams to Reality.” Our young artists participated with great enthusiasm, using vibrant colors and creative ideas to showcase their vision of a progressive and bright future.
The competition was judged by the school’s Art Teacher, Mrs. Kiren Jeet Kaur, who also shared valuable concluding tips with the participants after announcing the results, motivating them to refine their creative skills further.
The event was graced by esteemed dignitaries — Chief Guest Mr. Harinder Singh, PPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police (Headquarters); Guest of Honour Ms. Prabhjot Kaur, PPS, District DSP, Community Affairs Division; Ms. Harkirat Kaur, CEO, Hartek Foundation; and our respected Principal, Ms. Vandana Gupt — whose presence and encouragement inspired students to dream big and innovate.
